1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Ascivo (ascivo.com), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our service.

2. The Service

Ascivo provides AI-powered resume building, cover letter generation, and ATS optimization tools. The service is provided "as is". AI-generated content is a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing and customizing all output before submitting job applications.

3. Accounts

  • You must be 16 or older to create an account
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure
  • One account per person — no sharing accounts
  • You may not use the service to create content for others commercially without a Business plan

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay
  • You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period
  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first purchases, no questions asked
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • Regional prices are set at our discretion to reflect local purchasing power

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service to create false, misleading, or fraudulent resumes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service
  • Share your account or resell access to the service
  • Use the API (Business plan) to build a competing service
  • Submit harmful, illegal, or abusive content

6. Your Content

You own all content you create on Ascivo (your resumes, cover letters). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the AI features. We do not claim ownership of your documents.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for all purposes. We are not responsible for the outcome of job applications. Always review AI-generated content before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ascivo is not liable for lost job opportunities, income, or any indirect damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
